Amber Ebinama has extensive experience in technology and program management, having held key positions at notable organizations. Ebinama served as a Consultant/Technologist and later as an Associate/Lead Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton from August 2012 to April 2018. Following this, a transition to Amida Technology Solutions occurred as a Technical Project Manager until August 2020. Ebinama took on the role of Program Manager at GovernmentCIO from August 2020 to May 2021. Currently, Ebinama is the Sociotechnical AI Research Program Manager at Google since October 2021 and also serves as CEO and President of Let Love Rise Foundation, Inc. from February 2019 to February 2024. Ebinama holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Spanish from the University of Maryland College Park.
