Amin Damji is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience in network infrastructure and information technology management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Network Infrastructure at Google since 2012, Amin previously contributed to the Aga Khan Development Network as a Program Manager, focusing on technology alignment and transformation in South Asia, East Africa, and Central Asia. Amin played a pivotal role in launching the second GSM operator in Afghanistan as the Director of Information Technology at Roshan, overcoming significant challenges in a war-torn environment. Early career experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Thomson Reuters, where coordination of cross-functional teams enhanced the company’s financial data and news services. Amin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool and completed an Executive Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.
