Amir Burbea

Amir Burbea is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Amir began a career in 2003 as a Software Architect at Medidata Solutions, followed by roles as a Software Engineer/Analyst at Elliott Management Corporation and a Software Programmer/Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Amir advanced to senior positions, serving as Senior Developer/Analyst at York Capital Management and Developer at Citadel LLC, before becoming a Vice President/Developer at Bank of America. Amir's expertise as a User Experience Lead/Software Engineer was further honed at Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC, leading to the current position as Engineering Technical Lead at Google since June 2020. Amir holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
