Amir Nissim

Amir Nissim is an experienced Engineering Lead at Waze, a subsidiary of Google, where they have been leading the Waze Map Editor since 2015. Previously, Amir held various roles at Google, including Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. They began their career as a Web Developer while self-employed (2005-2008) and further honed their skills through multiple positions, including as a Full Stack Developer at WAYbetter and a Frontend Developer at EverythingMe. Amir earned a B.Sc. from The Hebrew University and an M.Sc. from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
