Amir Rahim is an engineering leader with extensive experience in software quality and product management across various esteemed organizations. Amir began their career as a Systems Test Engineer at Qualcomm, where they led mobile solution testing and developed CI/CD automation pipelines. Subsequently, they held managerial roles at BlackBerry and Redknee, focused on embedded systems testing and software automation, respectively. Currently, Amir serves as a Staff Engineering Productivity Manager at Google, overseeing software engineering and QA teams for major products, while also contributing as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto and previously at the University of Waterloo, where they taught courses on product innovation. Amir holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Strategy/Product Development from Wilfrid Laurier University.
