AMIT DAS

Amit Das has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, spanning roles from design engineer to senior sales and account management positions. Amit started at National Semiconductor as a design engineer and later worked at Texas Instruments in the same capacity before transitioning to sales at Synopsys Inc. From July 2006 to June 2009, Amit served as a Senior Application Consultant and subsequently as a Senior Sales Account Manager, driving strategic customer engagement and revenue growth in the India region. Amit returned to Synopsys Inc. in February 2024 as a Principal Sales Account Manager, focusing on strategic account management for a major global customer. Currently, Amit is a Strategic Partnership Manager at Google, collaborating with the EDA ecosystem to fulfill the needs of the Tensor SoC organization. Amit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
