Amy Hall possesses extensive experience in education and training, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Nestlé Purina North America, Amy served as the Education and Training Market Pillar Leader for five years, focusing on reducing waste through competency development and training initiatives. Prior positions include Training Coordinator and Training Manager, where responsibilities included designing training materials and facilitating leadership development across five factories. Following that, Amy worked at Google as a Learning and Development Specialist, streamlining training processes and establishing effectiveness criteria. Currently, Amy is the Onboarding Program Manager at Google, continuing to contribute to learning and development initiatives. Educational background includes graduation from Virginia Tech.
