Amy Kim

Amy Kim possesses extensive experience in workplace strategy and operations, demonstrated through leadership roles at prominent companies. As the Head of Workplace Services at Google, Amy managed a vast portfolio of over 4.1 million GSF and led significant workplace initiatives across multiple New York City locations. Prior to Google, Amy served as Senior Director of Workplace at Compass, where strategic organizational restructuring and operational oversight of nearly 200 locations were key accomplishments. Additional roles include Vice President of Global Facilities at Kobalt Music, Director of Facilities at Tremor Video, and Development Operations Manager at WeWork. Amy holds a BS in Marketing, International Business, and Psychology from NYU Stern School of Business.
