Amy Tang previously served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2019, where they were also a Social Sector Fellow. In 2019, they transitioned to Google, initially as a Product Impact Program Manager in Google.org Philanthropy, followed by their role as Head of Strategy and Operations in the same division. Currently, Amy is the Head of Crisis and Resilient Communities at Google.org, a position they have held since 2025. Their academic achievements include earning a degree from The Wharton School and a degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, both with honors of Summa Cum Laude.
