Ana Ramalho is a Portuguese national with extensive expertise in policy and law, specifically in the fields of intellectual property and European law. Currently serving as Copyright Counsel at Google since 2019, Ana has also held academic positions including Assistant Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Universiteit Maastricht and Senior Lecturer in Intellectual Property at the University of South Wales. Their research contributions have been recognized through commissioned projects with institutions such as the World Intellectual Property Organization and the European Patent Office.
