Anand George is a Senior Patent Counsel at Google, where they manage a large docket of approximately 3000 active patent applications and lead strategy for the Google Assistant patent portfolio. Previously, Anand held positions as a Patent Attorney at Kenyon & Kenyon and Patton Boggs, where they drafted patent applications and conducted infringement analyses. Before transitioning to law, they were a Software Engineer at Morgan Stanley, leading a team to develop secure software solutions for financial data access. Anand holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Stony Brook University and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. They are recognized as a World’s Leading IP Strategist by Intellectual Asset Management Magazine and actively mentor underrepresented law students and associates.
