Andrea Keating

Andrea Keating is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, organizational change management, and program management. At IBM Global Business Services, Andrea served as University Recruiting Program Manager, focusing on diverse talent acquisition and enhancing the applicant experience. Further roles included Consultant and Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management, where skills in client relationship management and communication were emphasized. Transitioning to Craftsy as a Recruiter, Andrea refined recruiting processes and developed a company-wide interview tool to improve standardization. Currently, at Google, Andrea works as Payments Program Manager, after previous roles in People Operations and as GBS North America Recruitment Marketing Lead at IBM.
