Andrea Solano is currently the Head of Program Management and Operations at Google, where they lead a team focused on go-to-market strategy and sales operations for the Global Mid-Market Sales program. Previously, they held roles as Managing Director of Client Enablement at Evernorth and Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they managed critical projects in operational readiness and client service. With a strong background in business strategy, digital transformation, and talent development, Andrea is passionate about enhancing client experiences and operational efficiency. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and are pursuing an MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
