Andrew Buckley

Andrew Buckley is a Customer Success and Support Executive with extensive experience in leading operations across the technology sector. They served as a Software Developer at Apple Inc., where they focused on C++ and Java development for Voice and Fax applications, before taking on senior roles at EMC, including Senior Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Support. Andrew then held the position of Managing Director at Amazon Web Services, leading teams in educational sales across Asia Pacific and Japan, and is currently the Managing Director of Global Customer Operations at Google. They earned an MBA in Software Development and Networks from the Cork Institute of Technology.
