Andrew Burke is a seasoned educator and technology professional with extensive experience in STEM/STEAM education and computer science. As the Founder of Modern Maker Innovations LLC since August 2014, Andrew consults on STEM learning initiatives and supports local Maker spaces. In addition, Andrew serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pace University, teaching a Master's-level course in Big Data Analytics. Previous roles include Computer Science Department Chair at Rye Country Day School, where Andrew revised high school curricula, and Computer Science & STEAM Teacher at Solomon Schechter School of Westchester, instructing over 150 students. Andrew began as a Computer Science Teacher at Ethical Culture Fieldston School and is currently a Developer Relations Engineer at Google, focusing on the Google Education Ecosystem. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, along with several other degrees, all achieved with a remarkable 4.0 GPA.
