Andrew Chang

Andrew Chang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, and project management. Currently serving as Strategy & Operations Lead for Visual Communications at YouTube since January 2022, Andrew previously held various roles at Google, including People Programs Project Manager and Analytics Partner, where responsibilities included global technical program management and data analytics. Andrew's experience also encompasses a program manager position at X, the moonshot factory, and roles in HR and research at the University of California, Berkeley, where involvement included management of the DeCal program and research in psychology under esteemed faculty. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
