Prior to their tenure at Google, Andrew held various positions at Uber, including Senior Operations Specialist for User Growth and Operations Associate for Driver Experience, where they excelled in data analysis and user retention strategies. Andrew's earlier experience includes a Business Analyst role at Shopee, where they developed dashboards and strategies that drove significant revenue growth. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of California, Davis.
