Andrew Matthews has extensive experience in health and fitness management, primarily with Google and EXOS. Beginning as Recreation Programs Manager at EXOS|MediFit from August 2011 to June 2013, Andrew oversaw global sport and recreation programs. Transitioning to Google, Andrew served as Personal Training Manager from June 2013 to May 2014, leading a team of over 40 personal trainers and enhancing operational systems. From May 2014 to February 2016, Andrew held the role of Regional Performance Manager with Team Exos, managing a large team and multimillion-dollar budgets in the Bay Area. Most recently, Andrew has been with Google from June 2019 to June 2025, holding several titles including Health & Performance Program Manager and Fitness Program Manager. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University-Hayward, earned between 2008 and 2010.
