Andrew Mitchell

Andrew Mitchell has extensive experience in IT and technical program management, having worked for notable companies such as Eli Lilly and Company, Price Waterhouse Coopers, MMI Australia, and Google. At Eli Lilly, Andrew served as Asia Pacific Collaboration Service Manager, providing collaborative services to 5,600 customers across the region. A tenure at Price Waterhouse Coopers as an IT Consultant included projects for several significant clients. At MMI Australia, Andrew developed an integrated Lotus Notes-based insurance policy claim management system. At Google, Andrew held multiple roles, including Associate Principal in Google Cloud Support and Manager of Google Cloud Technical Support Engineering, leading teams to deliver enterprise-level customer support and managing privacy and security programs. Andrew holds a Bachelor and Masters in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Masters in Environmental Management from Macquarie University.
