Andrew Rodgers

Andrew Rodgers possesses extensive experience in finance and operations management across multiple prestigious organizations. Andrew's career began at Boston Consulting Group as an Assistant Controller from 1995 to 2002. Following this, Andrew held various managerial positions at Accenture, including Senior Manager in Client Financial Management and Finance Manager within the Global Finance Organization, where responsibilities included managing financial portfolios and engaging in commercial structuring. Additionally, Andrew served as Global Operations Account Lead, overseeing finance and accounting BPO activities across 110 countries. Since April 2021, Andrew has been the Head of Supplier Management for People Operations VMO at Google, also serving as Global Service Delivery Lead for Finance & Accounting outsourced operations, focusing on scalable and compliant financial services. Andrew holds several advanced qualifications including CIMA Adv Dip MA, Chartered Financial Analyst, and ACMA, CGMA.
