Andy Liao

Andy Liao has extensive experience in tax and finance, having worked in various roles with significant organizations. Beginning as a Sales Tax Auditor at the California State Board of Equalization, Andy progressed to KPMG LLP as a Senior Associate in State & Local Tax, and later served as Indirect Tax Manager and Senior Associate at Ernst & Young. Andy's expertise further expanded at Google, where responsibilities included Finance Systems Transformation Lead and Regulatory Affairs Finance Manager, culminating in a position as Senior Manager Indirect Tax. Andy holds a Master's degree in Business Taxation from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
