Andy Mild

Andy Mild, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and procurement management, primarily within military and corporate environments. Notable roles include Assistant Operations Officer for Patrol Squadron One and various leadership positions within the US Navy, such as Requirements and Plans Program Manager, where responsibilities included the development of the P-8A Poseidon and management of significant military exercises. Post-Navy, Andy transitioned to corporate roles, serving as Operations Manager at Amazon, Director of Strategic Procurement at EMCOR Facilities Services, and head of sourcing at Metro Wastewater Reclamation District, managing a total spend of $60 million annually. In the last few years, Andy has excelled at Google in roles focused on facilities management and workplace services operations, fostering environments that support productivity. Andy holds a BS in Applied Physics - Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Troy University, complemented by certification as a Professional of Supply Management.
