Andy Rowlands is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and management across various sectors. As Managing Director and Founder of Cranc Cyclesport Ltd from September 2013 to August 2018, Andy established a premier cycling dealership featuring Wales' only Retül bike fit studio. Prior military service included roles as Major and Infantry Officer in the British Army, overseeing various leadership and instructional positions. Andy held key leadership roles at Amazon between 2020 and 2021, before serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Football Association of Wales from July 2023 to June 2025. Additionally, Andy has contributed to Snowsport Cymru Wales and Llandovery College in executive capacities. Andy's educational background includes a BEd (Hons) in Physical Education from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and advanced leadership training from ILM and The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Currently, Andy is the Operations Lead EMEA for Submarine Networks at Google.
