Ann O'Callaghan

Ann O'Callaghan (O'Shea) is currently the Head of Organisational Development EMEA at Google, where they have demonstrated a strategic and results-driven approach to leadership since 2019. With extensive experience in learning and development, organisational development, and talent management, they previously held prominent roles at Google, including Global Head of People Development and Global Head of Leadership Development. Ann's career spans significant positions at Intel, where they contributed in various learning and development roles, and at Cadbury Ireland Limited as a Learning and Development Team Lead. They are currently pursuing a B Sc in Biotechnology at Dublin City University.
