Anna Yoo

Anna Yoo has extensive experience in operations and management across multiple organizations. As Center Director at FLEX College Prep from January 2014 to December 2015, Anna managed the largest office, handling registration, financial health, and employee retention. Anna's role as Director of Operations involved refining processes for operational efficiency and serving as the main point of contact for Northern California. In the position of Operations Analyst, Anna enhanced customer experience through effective communication and logistical support. Additionally, as Enrollment Manager, Anna achieved a record-high monthly sales total by leading the sales team to surpass revenue goals by an average of 35%. Prior to FLEX College Prep, Anna worked as an Associate Events Planner at My Sorted Affair, coordinating large-scale events with attention to logistics and client needs. Currently, Anna serves as an Administrative Business Partner at Google, a position held since July 2018.
