Anne Less

Anne Less is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical writing, business integration, and sustainability consulting. Having worked at IBM as a Technical Writer and at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a Research Librarian, Anne transitioned to Google, where responsibilities included serving as Business Integration Lead, Knowledge Management Lead, and Business Strategy Manager. Notable achievements at Google include building a centralized knowledge management program for the Real Estate & Workplace Services organization and creating the award-winning Healthy Materials Program. Anne holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and an MSLS in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
