Anne Schaefer

Anne Schaefer, SPHR, HCS, is a Senior Global People Partner Lead at Google, where they currently guide leaders through transformative change. Previously, Anne held various leadership and operational roles in the non-profit sector from 2004 to 2010 and was a Co-Manager at ProMatch from 2009 to 2010. Anne’s experience at HP from 1998 to 1999 included positions as Curriculum Manager and Talent Management Business Partner, supporting professional development and talent management initiatives. Anne also contributed to diversity and inclusion as an HR Business Partner at Google from 2012 to 2015 and has participated in Google's internal mini-MBA program, Basecamp. Currently pursuing a B.A. in Sociology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Anne continues to make a significant impact in HR.
