Anthony Weems

Anthony Weems has extensive experience in software engineering and security, beginning as a Graphic Designer at IMAK Creations, where notable contributions included the development of educational iPhone applications that received recognition from Apple. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, Anthony progressed through roles from QA Software Intern at Evernote to various positions at Google, culminating in a current role as Staff Security Engineer. In this capacity, Anthony leads complex security assessments and teams, advises on application security projects, and contributes to educational initiatives such as lecturing on Ethical Hacking. Additionally, Anthony has a background in web and mobile application security, highlighted by work at Praetorian and the creation of public security tools and challenges.
