Anup Nair is an experienced user experience researcher and manager with a robust background in the tech industry. Beginning at Persistent Systems Ltd. as a Usability Researcher, Anup led project management for e-commerce clients and developed user-centered research techniques. Subsequent roles included User Experience Researcher at eBay Inc. and Senior UX Research Manager at Ten-X, where Anup focused on real estate investors and managed high-performance teams. Anup also served as a Senior User Experience Researcher at PayPal, leading user testing initiatives in APAC markets. Currently, Anup is the Staff UX Research Manager for Payments at Google. Anup holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from SIES College of Management Studies and an MBA in Business & Design from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
