Anurag Uppal has over a decade of experience in human resources and workforce management, currently serving as the Head of Contingent Workforce Investigations and Global Program Lead for Contingent Workforce at Google since February 2011. Prior to Google, Anurag worked as a Senior Consultant in Business Advisory Services - Human Capital at EY from April 2008 to January 2011 and as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from July 2003 to May 2006. Anurag holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and participated as an exchange student at the Asian Institute of Management. Anurag completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics (Control & Instrumentation) from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
