Apaar Sadhwani

Apaar Sadhwani is a Software Engineer and Technical Lead in Health AI at Google since January 2017, overseeing multiple machine learning projects focused on computer vision models for disease diagnosis and biomarker prediction. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Software Engineer at Google Brain, working on deep learning applications in reinforcement learning, speech translation, and medical computer vision. Apaar also completed a summer internship at McKinsey & Company, contributing to supply chain and inventory optimization. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Operations Research with a focus on Machine Learning and a Master's in Computational Math with a specialization in Quantitative Finance from Stanford University, as well as a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on Applied Math from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
