Arezu Sova

Arezu (Hadjialiloo) Sova possesses a diverse background in education, consulting, and organizational effectiveness. Starting as a 7th Grade ELA Teacher at Teach For America from June 2012 to June 2015, Arezu later served as School Director and Recruitment Lead at Hoku Scholars during the same period. Transitioning to consulting, Arezu held positions at M Powered Strategies as an Associate Consultant and later at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and Manager. Arezu's current role at Google, starting in September 2021, involves leading organizational effectiveness and culture initiatives while managing a Chief of Staff team to oversee business operations and employee satisfaction. Arezu holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University.
