Arturo Servin

Arturo Servin is a network engineer with over 15 years of experience specializing in Internet architecture, strategy, and policy. They currently manage interconnection and content delivery relations for Google across EMEA while overseeing routing security projects and IP number management. Arturo's past roles include Chief Technical Officer at LACNIC and research positions at the University of York and the IT-Innovation Centre at the University of Southampton. They completed their PhD in Computer Science, focusing on Machine Learning and Autonomous Agents, at the University of York. Arturo holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic System Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
