Asha Chhinpa is a highly experienced software engineer with a robust background in developing scalable technology solutions. At Google, from August 2007 to December 2023, Asha advanced from a Software Engineer to a Senior Staff Software Engineer, leading the creation of incentive program platforms that drastically reduced automation time from one year to one month and overseeing a team of over 80 engineers to consolidate infrastructure by rewriting and migrating legacy systems. Prior to this, Asha worked at Reliance Communications as an Executive Engineer from January 2004 to January 2006, where a significant achievement included designing a prototype for SMS-based money transfer using CDMA technologies and creating a traffic simulator for load testing.
