Ashley Ingram is an experienced software engineer and engineering manager with a diverse background in technology. Starting as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Microsoft Corporation, Ashley contributed to the Mediaroom team's application development for Microsoft TV. Following a graduate role, Ashley worked on Skype's Targeted & Personalised User Messaging team, developing Concierge, a customer onboarding bot. Subsequent roles included Software Engineer 2 focused on Telephone Number Management for Office 365 and later Senior Software Engineer. Transitioning to H4, Ashley served as Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and ultimately Head of Engineering, overseeing a team of 14 engineers while shaping the company's technical strategy. Currently, Ashley holds the position of Engineering Manager at Google, continuing to leverage expertise gained from a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Leeds.
