Ashley Nipper

Ashley Nipper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staffing and program management. At Google, from September 2013 to December 2024, Ashley served as a Senior Program Manager focused on sourcing and recruiting software engineers and research scientists, primarily targeting new graduate candidates across North America. Prior to Google, Ashley was a Staffing Manager at Accountemps, where recruitment and placement of accounting and finance professionals were key responsibilities. Ashley's career began at Field Asset Services as an Assistant Vice President, leading client operations management and portfolio oversight. Additional experience includes a role as Building Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin and an internship at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
