Ashlie Chan

Ashlie Chan is the Annual Planning & StratOps Lead for Google Search, where they manage business operations for the Search Journeys organization. They previously held significant roles at Google, including Head of Operations & Chief of Staff for Google Workspace, overseeing annual planning strategy and operations, and leading various complex hardware launches. With extensive experience in technology operations and strategic planning, Ashlie has successfully executed multi-million dollar partnership deals and developed innovative programs like the Google Workspace Affiliate program. Ashlie's impact also extends to their early leadership role as Vice President of the USC Undergraduate Student Government, where they managed a $1.8 million budget and a team of 91 directors. They are currently pursuing degrees in Project Management and Communication at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Arts in Communication Management at the University of Southern California.
