Asya Peña

Asya (Hollins) Peña is a licensed Mechanical Engineer and Technical Program Manager with over 10 years of experience in developing immersive experiences. Currently, they lead a cross-functional team at Google, focusing on the design and delivery of optimized Data Centers. In their previous role as a Blue Sky Lead at Walt Disney Imagineering, Asya led diverse teams in exploring new technologies for immersive entertainment, notably contributing as the lead engineer on the award-winning Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction. Asya also has a history of engaging in creative consulting and writing, blending technical expertise with storytelling to craft immersive experiences. They hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
