Austin Swift

Austin Swift is an experienced advisor and leader in the education technology sector, currently serving as an Advisor at Shamrck since April 2021. Swift has held various roles at Google, including Head of Growth & Scaled Sales for Google for Education, where responsibilities included driving sales and adoption of edtech products and managing a sales team. Previous experience includes serving as an Investor and Advisor at Boost, and as a Campaign Associate at United Way of Greater Los Angeles. Swift is also recognized for founding Network Kinection, a job placement company focused on STEM and healthcare fields. Athletic experience as a professional basketball player with Darda & Figueria de Foz further highlights Swift’s diverse background. Swift holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, an MBA through the Riordan Fellowship from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and is pursuing further graduate studies at UCLA Anderson.
