Aya Elattar

Aya Elattar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across multiple prestigious organizations. Notably, Aya contributed to Google's Fuchsia OS team as a software engineering intern, where responsibilities included building a debugging tool for the distributed storage system "Ledger." In a subsequent role at Google, Aya focused on the indexing pipeline for search, News, and Ads. Previous experiences also encompass positions at Swvl, Mentor Graphics, and MENA Commerce, where Aya honed backend development skills using Node and advanced data science techniques involving machine learning and NLP. Aya began the professional journey with an internship at IBM, gaining insights into security products. Aya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering with Distinction from Cairo University.
