Ayaka Chou served as the Vice President of Operations for FRC Team 4159 CardinalBotics from August 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing logistics for various events, organizing team data, and leading the Internal Robotics Competition team in 2019. Following this, Ayaka Chou gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Sony Interactive Entertainment from September 2024 to December 2024, and held multiple software engineering positions at PlayStation and Amazon. Notably, a Frontend Developer role was fulfilled at the International Space Station National Laboratory from January 2022 to June 2022, during which a MERN-stack curriculum website was developed to enhance data literacy among high school students using real-time space data. Ayaka Chou is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, expected to be completed in 2025.
