Aysha Preston

Aysha Preston earned a PhD in Global and Sociocultural Studies with a focus on Anthropology from Florida International University, where their dissertation explored the identities of Black single mothers in the Washington, DC area through material culture. Aysha has held several positions in the museum field, including Research Fellow at the Smithsonian Institution and Museum Registrar at the Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami. Currently, Aysha works as a Senior UX Researcher at Google, contributing to the development of user-centered products and services. Previously, Aysha gained experience as a User Experience Researcher at LinkedIn and as a UX Research Associate at Google.
