Bailey Starr

Bailey Starr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in admissions and human resources. Starting as a Senior Admissions Ambassador at The University of Texas at Austin from January 2012 to June 2015, Bailey managed a team of 38 student ambassadors and facilitated office operations. Since July 2019, Bailey has been a Sourcing Specialist at Google, taking on additional responsibilities as an Operations Specialist in HR Ops since June 2021. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at Business Talent Group, where strategic project management and client service were key responsibilities, and a Technical Sourcer role at Adecco, focused on recruiting top software engineering talent.
