Bala Narayanan

Bala Narayanan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend and full-stack development. Bala began a career at Mu Sigma as a Software Developer focusing on the UI and Node.js application layer for a real-time social media application. Following this, Bala took on various roles at redBus, advancing to Technical Lead, where responsibilities included managing a mobile web platform team and launching features like BusChat and a self-help customer support system. At Google, Bala has contributed significantly as a Frontend Engineer, managing a widget library adopted by over 50 teams and currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer leading frontend efforts for Presto websites. Bala has also briefly worked at Moveworks and currently holds a position at Google since July 2023.
