Bas Berkhout

Bas Berkhout is a creative producer and director at Birchwood Films, a company founded to create inspiring films that explore themes of art, human equality, and sustainability. With over 20 years of global experience, Bas has collaborated with notable clients such as Google, ESPN, and Facebook, and has received multiple awards, including a gold Telly Award and two Webby honors. Previously, Bas held roles as a freelance director and producer for various organizations, including Omroep Gelderland and Talpa, and played a pivotal role in the Washington Football Team's rebranding efforts. Currently, Bas serves as the Creative Director at Cityblock Health and has recently begun work with Google on a short film project.
