Beatriz Athayde has comprehensive experience in both legal and commercial sectors, having worked as an intern and lawyer at Ruy Andrade Advocacia Empresarial, where case management and client communication were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a trainee position at Banco do Nordeste do Brasil S.A in judicial recovery and bankruptcy, and internships at Melo e Novaes focusing on civil and consumer law, as well as a summer internship at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados in due diligence. Most recently, Beatriz serves as an Associate Account Strategist at Google since April 2025 and has held roles at Suzano as a Marketplace Sr Analyst, where responsibilities included expanding supplier relationships and driving sales through the SupriJá platform. The commercial trainee role at Suzano involved developing the marketplace and onboarding sellers in strategic regions.
