Ben Catlin

Ben Catlin has extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership roles across various industries, including IoT and HVAC systems. As an IoT Solutions Architect at Exosite, Ben provided strategic and technical guidance to enhance project execution for a significant industrial equipment company. Ben also served as a Tech Lead and Software Engineer at Trane, playing a key role in developing the BAS Suite, a commercial HVAC tool, and a user-friendly interface for complex systems. Ben's experience at Google includes positions as a Customer Engineer and currently as a Technical Account Manager. Prior roles include Engineering Supervisor at Veeco Instruments, where Ben managed the Electrical Controls group and collaborated on product development.
