Ben Curtin

Ben Curtin is currently the Processor Integration Lead at Google Quantum AI, where they develop and execute the foundry roadmap for quantum processors while managing cross-functional collaboration among various teams. Prior to this, they held positions including Senior Foundry Manager at Quintessent Inc. and Staff Platform Integration Engineer at Juniper Networks, focusing on reliability and process integration in optoelectronic components. Ben gained significant experience as a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at both the University of California, Santa Barbara and Iowa State University, where they worked on projects related to nanoscale materials and integrated electronics. They hold a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Iowa State University.
