Ben Greenstein has a robust background in research and engineering, having served as a Research Scientist at Intel Research Seattle from September 2006 to May 2011. Following that, Ben worked at Google from May 2011 to July 2023, where roles included Software Engineer and Engineering Lead. In this capacity, Ben led an engineering organization focused on integrating generative AI and machine learning experiences into the Chrome browser, with teams dedicated to modeling, model quality, trust and safety, AI serving and training infrastructure, tooling, and feature development. Ben holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA, completed between 2000 and 2006.
