Ben Porterfield

Ben Porterfield is the Founder and VP of Engineering at Looker, a position held since January 2012. Prior experience includes roles at Readyforce, where work involved real-time video calls and crowdsourcing from 2010 to February 2012, and participation as a founder in Rally Up Inc., which was acquired by AOL in 2010. Ben also contributed to BlackArrow in marketing, product management, and engineering from February 2008 to May 2009, and served as Lead Engineer at Sticky Inc. prior to its acquisition by DeviceVM in 2007. Ben holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 2001 and 2005.
